Delightful Nutella-filled brioche buns that are soft, fluffy, and perfect for any time of the day.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup milk, warmed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/4 cup raspberry syrup
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix to form a dough.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Allow the dough to rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 60 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to a rectangle, spread Nutella evenly, and roll it up tightly.
- Cut into buns, place in a baking dish, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with raspberry syrup and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Best served warm. Can be paired with coffee or tea, or enjoyed with whipped cream or ice cream.
