Description

Adorable and delicious owl-shaped strawberries filled with cream cheese, perfect for kids’ parties and snacks.


Ingredients

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Philadelphia cream cheese
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Sliced almonds
  • Honey or powdered sugar (optional for sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and pat them dry.
  2. Cut off the green tops of the strawberries to create a flat base.
  3. Hollow out a little bit of the strawberry at the top for the eyes.
  4. Fill the top of each strawberry with Philadelphia cream cheese.
  5. Press two mini chocolate chips into the cream cheese for the eyes.
  6. Add sliced almonds above the eyes as “ears.”
  7. Drizzle honey or sprinkle powdered sugar on top if desired.

Notes

These owls are best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
