Description
This creamy peach ice cream bursts with fresh peach flavor and comes together in just 20 minutes of prep perfect for hot summer days and backyard gatherings.
Ingredients

3 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Instructions


1. In a blender, combine the diced peaches, lemon juice, and half the sugar. Blend until smooth.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream, milk, remaining sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
3. Stir in the peach purée until well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (usually 20–25 minutes).
5. Transfer the churned ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 2 hours to firm up.
6. Serve and enjoy!
Notes

Use very ripe peaches for the sweetest flavor.
You can leave a few peach chunks if you like texture in your ice cream.
No ice cream maker? Freeze the mixture in a shallow tray, stirring every 30 minutes until set.
