- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup brownie mix
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just mixed.
- In another bowl, mix the brownie mix with the remaining ingredients until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of both the peanut butter mixture and brownie mixture onto a baking sheet, swirling them together slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Let the cookies cool before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with ice cream or drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce for an extra treat.
