Description

A delightful combination of rich chocolate and smooth peanut butter in these easy-to-make swirl cookies.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just mixed.
  5. In another bowl, mix the brownie mix with the remaining ingredients until smooth.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of both the peanut butter mixture and brownie mixture onto a baking sheet, swirling them together slightly.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  8. Let the cookies cool before serving.
