- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the milk and melted butter until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Drizzle caramel sauce evenly over the batter and sprinkle pecans on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
