- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

- 1 cup yogurt or sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups fresh or frozen fruit
- 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and yogurt until smooth.
- Fold in your choice of fruit gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool, then top with whipped cream.
- Slice into squares or rectangles for serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider using flavored yogurt or adding vanilla extract. You can also experiment with different fruits and add nuts for extra crunch.
