Description

A light and fluffy dessert made with raspberries, Cool Whip, and Jello, perfect for gatherings and picnics.


Ingredients

  • 4.6 ounces cook and serve vanilla pudding mix (1 package)
  • 6 ounces raspberry Jello (1 package)
  • 3 cups water
  • 16 ounces Cool Whip (1 container)
  • 3 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the pudding, Jello, and water in a saucepan over medium heat until it boils.
  2. Once it comes to a full rolling boil, remove from heat and pour into a large bowl.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until the mixture has thickened (about 4 hours or overnight).
  4. With an electric mixer, beat the Jello until creamy.
  5. Gently fold in the Cool Whip.
  6. Add in the raspberries until completely mixed together.
  7. Stick back into the fridge and chill for about an hour before serving.

Notes

Use fresh berries for better flavor and consider mixing in other berries like blackberries or blueberries. This dessert can be made a day in advance.
