This quick and beautiful platter of warm bread, salty olives, and soft cheeses is perfect for sharing at parties or picnics.
Ingredients

- 1 rustic sourdough or ciabatta loaf, sliced
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 6 ounces feta cheese, cubed
- 6 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 1/2 cup mixed olives (green and black)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs (for garnish)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional: cucumbers, roasted red peppers, fig jam, or honey
Instructions
- Slice the breads and lay them out on a large board.
- Put each cheese in its own spot: feta cubes, sliced mozzarella, and goat cheese.
- Add olives and cherry tomatoes around the cheeses.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cheeses and tomatoes, then sprinkle oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs and serve at room temperature.
