Description

A delicious and simple dish that combines perfectly cooked steak with a creamy and savory garlic sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  3. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens.
  6. Return the steaks to the skillet, coating them with the sauce.
  7. Serve the steaks topped with creamy garlic sauce and garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Let the steaks rest after cooking for the best results. Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
