- 2 ribeye steaks
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens.
- Return the steaks to the skillet, coating them with the sauce.
- Serve the steaks topped with creamy garlic sauce and garnished with fresh parsley.
