Description

Delightful garlic bread bowls filled with spaghetti and topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, perfect for a cozy meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 garlic bread bowls
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups pasta sauce (your choice)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with your choice of pasta sauce and mixed vegetables (if using). Mix well.
  4. Carefully hollow out the center of each garlic bread bowl, leaving enough bread to hold the filling.
  5. Fill each bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture.
  6. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Place the filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a fresh salad or extra garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
