- 4 garlic bread bowls
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups pasta sauce (your choice)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with your choice of pasta sauce and mixed vegetables (if using). Mix well.
- Carefully hollow out the center of each garlic bread bowl, leaving enough bread to hold the filling.
- Fill each bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Place the filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a fresh salad or extra garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
