- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, cubed
- ½ cup (4 ounces) cream cheese
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup jimmies sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare baking pans.
- Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a food processor and pulse to mix.
- Add cold butter cubes and cream cheese, along with granulated and powdered sugars; pulse until sandy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract and blend until dough comes together.
- Roll dough into 1 ½ tablespoon-sized balls, then roll in sprinkles.
- Place on prepared baking pan, flatten to about ¼ to ½ inch thick.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly under-baked.
- Let cookies rest on baking pan for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
