Delightful truffles combining strawberry cake and white chocolate, perfect for parties and special occasions.
Ingredients

- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup strawberry frosting
- 1–2 cups white chocolate chips
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake according to package instructions. Allow the cake to cool completely.
- Once cooled, crumble the cake into a large bowl.
- Add the strawberry frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes.
- While the truffles are freezing, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and place them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle with decorations as desired.
- Let the truffles sit until the chocolate hardens, then serve or package in gift bags.
Notes
For extra flavor, add crushed freeze-dried strawberries to the cake mix or frosting. If the mixture is too sticky, refrigerate before rolling into balls. You can use different types of chocolate for dipping.
