- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper.
- Slice a pocket in each chicken breast and fill with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed chicken in a baking dish and pour buffalo sauce over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add cooked bacon bits to the cheese mix or swap cheddar for pepper jack.
