Description

This Stuffed Buffalo Chicken is spicy, creamy, and easy, perfect for a fast weeknight dinner or game day meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice a pocket in each chicken breast and fill with the cheese mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed chicken in a baking dish and pour buffalo sauce over the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add cooked bacon bits to the cheese mix or swap cheddar for pepper jack.
