- 4 bell peppers
- 1 pound ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef or chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground meat over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the diced bell peppers and cook for a few minutes.
- Pour in the broth and diced tomatoes, then add the cooked rice and Italian seasoning.
- Season with salt and pepper.
