Description

A delightful and colorful fudge that combines the flavors of white chocolate and sugar cookies, perfect for Valentine’s Day celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
  • 34 ounces of almond bark or white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Set up a double boiler and melt the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over medium heat until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and half of the holiday sprinkles.
  3. Prepare a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish, smoothing it out evenly, and sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until firm.
  6. Once set, cut into squares and drizzle melted almond bark or white chocolate over the top.
  7. Let the drizzle cool completely before serving.
