A delightful and colorful fudge that combines the flavors of white chocolate and sugar cookies, perfect for Valentine’s Day celebrations.

- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar cookie mix
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
- 3–4 ounces of almond bark or white chocolate
Instructions
- Set up a double boiler and melt the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over medium heat until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and half of the holiday sprinkles.
- Prepare a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the dish, smoothing it out evenly, and sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Once set, cut into squares and drizzle melted almond bark or white chocolate over the top.
- Let the drizzle cool completely before serving.
