Description

Delicious and flavorful chicken wings coated in a sweet honey and spicy hot sauce for the perfect snack or party dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
  4. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are cooked through and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispy wings, broil them for a few minutes at the end of cooking. Adjust the hot sauce to match your spice preference.
