- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
- Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are cooked through and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispy wings, broil them for a few minutes at the end of cooking. Adjust the hot sauce to match your spice preference.
