Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the mashed sweet potatoes, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
