- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Combine the mashed sweet potatoes, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
- Mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
