Description

Delicious pastry balls filled with apple and caramel, perfect for a warm bite-sized dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix diced apples, caramel sauce, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture on each triangle and fold over to form a ball.
  5. Seal the edges and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
