Description

A delightful trifle combining creamy caramel, tender apple crumble, and a light mousse, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 cups cooked apple crumble
  • 1 cup burnt caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the caramel sauce and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In a trifle dish, layer half of the apple crumble at the bottom.
  4. Spoon half of the caramel mousse over the crumble.
  5. Drizzle some burnt caramel sauce over the mousse.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining apple crumble, caramel mousse, and burnt caramel sauce.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
