- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 2 cups cooked apple crumble
- 1 cup burnt caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the caramel sauce and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a trifle dish, layer half of the apple crumble at the bottom.
- Spoon half of the caramel mousse over the crumble.
- Drizzle some burnt caramel sauce over the mousse.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining apple crumble, caramel mousse, and burnt caramel sauce.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
- Serve and enjoy the impressive presentation.
