Description
Juicy Turkish chicken kebabs marinated in yogurt, garlic, and lemon, then grilled to perfection for a traditional and flavorful Turkish meal.
Ingredients

1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs, cut into cubes

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

3 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp ground cumin
-
1 tsp paprika

1 tsp ground coriander

Salt and pepper, to taste (start with 1 tsp salt + 1/2 tsp pepper)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and all spices.

2. Add chicken pieces and mix until fully coated.

3. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
4. Thread the chicken onto skewers.
5. Prehe at grill to medium-high heat.
6. Grill kebabs for 4–5 minutes on each side, until fully cooked and lightly charred.

7. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
8. Serve with rice, salad, or grilled vegetables.

Notes
Use metal skewers or soak wooden ones in water for 30 minutes.
The longer the marination time, the deeper the flavor.
