- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Ricotta cheese (for filling)
- Parmesan cheese (for filling)

- Marinara sauce (for serving)
- Fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add eggs and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough using a pasta machine to the desired thickness. Cut into squares.
- In another bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, salt, and pepper to taste. Place a spoonful of the filling onto the center of each square. Fold and seal the edges with a fork.
- Boil water in a large pot. Cook ravioli for about 3-4 minutes until they float to the top.
- Serve with marinara sauce and garnish with fresh basil.
Notes
Knead the dough well for better texture. Don’t overfill the ravioli to prevent bursting. Use fresh ingredients for optimal flavor.
