Delicious chocolate-dipped strawberries that are perfect for a romantic celebration.
Ingredients

- Fresh strawberries
- 1 cup of chocolate chips (dark or milk chocolate)
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil or vegetable oil
- Optional toppings: crushed nuts, sprinkles, or shredded coconut
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and dry them completely with a paper towel.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and the coconut oil.
- Microwave the chocolate mixture in short bursts of 20-30 seconds, stirring in between, until it is melted and smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, coating it well.
- Place the chocolate-covered strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- If desired, sprinkle toppings on before the chocolate hardens.
- Let the strawberries sit at room temperature until they are set or place them in the refrigerator to speed up the process.
