Description

Delicious chocolate-dipped strawberries that are perfect for a romantic celebration.


Ingredients

Scale
  • Fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips (dark or milk chocolate)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil or vegetable oil
  • Optional toppings: crushed nuts, sprinkles, or shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and dry them completely with a paper towel.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and the coconut oil.
  3. Microwave the chocolate mixture in short bursts of 20-30 seconds, stirring in between, until it is melted and smooth.
  4. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, coating it well.
  5. Place the chocolate-covered strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. If desired, sprinkle toppings on before the chocolate hardens.
  7. Let the strawberries sit at room temperature until they are set or place them in the refrigerator to speed up the process.
