- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch baking dish.
- Whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in the rolled oats and chopped nuts until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
- Allow the bake to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature with fresh fruit or honey.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture. You can add fresh or frozen berries, or stir in chocolate chips for variations.
