Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch baking dish.
  2. Whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fold in the rolled oats and chopped nuts until evenly distributed.
