Description

Easy and fresh roll ups filled with cream cheese and crunchy vegetables, perfect for snacks, lunches, or parties.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup spinach leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  2. Layer spinach, bell pepper, carrots, and cucumber on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly.
  5. Slice into 1-inch pieces and serve.
