- 4 cups fresh arugula
- 2 cups watermelon, diced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze

Instructions
- Rinse the arugula under cold water and gently pat it dry.
- In a large bowl, add the arugula.
- Add the diced watermelon on top of the arugula.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the watermelon.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze and olive oil over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
