Description
A fresh and bright watermelon fruit salad mixed with berries and a light lime-mint dressing, perfect for picnics and hot days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed into 1 inch pieces
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced into rounds
- 1 1/2 cups raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups cherries, pitted and halved
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
Instructions
- Whisk together agave, lime juice, lime zest, and mint.
- Prep watermelon and berries and place in a large bowl.
- Drizzle dressing over top and lightly toss.
- Garnish with some torn mint.
Notes
Use ripe, sweet watermelon for the best taste. Store the dressing separately to keep fruit fresher.
