- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate mousse
- 1 cup white chocolate frosting
- 1 cup white chocolate ganache
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the melted white chocolate.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to the creamed mixture alternately with milk, mixing just until incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely.
- Once cooled, slice the cake in half horizontally and fill with white chocolate mousse.
- Spread white chocolate frosting on the top and sides of the cake, then drizzle with white chocolate ganache.
- Chill for an hour before serving.
Notes
Store any leftover cake in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 2-3 months.
