Description

A delightful and rich white chocolate cake perfect for any special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate mousse
  • 1 cup white chocolate frosting
  • 1 cup white chocolate ganache

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the melted white chocolate.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to the creamed mixture alternately with milk, mixing just until incorporated.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  7. Once cooled, slice the cake in half horizontally and fill with white chocolate mousse.
  8. Spread white chocolate frosting on the top and sides of the cake, then drizzle with white chocolate ganache.
  9. Chill for an hour before serving.
