A light and creamy white chocolate mousse, perfect for dessert or as a cake filling.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 large egg whites
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir until smooth and let it cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites until foamy, then add sugar gradually, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream gently.
- Fold in the beaten egg whites until fully incorporated.
- Chill until set, then serve.
Notes
Serve with fresh berries or chocolate shavings. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
