Description

A light and creamy white chocolate mousse, perfect for dessert or as a cake filling.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir until smooth and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until foamy, then add sugar gradually, beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream gently.
  5. Fold in the beaten egg whites until fully incorporated.
  6. Chill until set, then serve.

Notes

Serve with fresh berries or chocolate shavings. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
