Ingredients

- 2 oranges, segmented
- 2 tangerines, segmented
- 5 kumquats, sliced
- 2 tablespoons rosewater
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup dates, chopped
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Combine grapefruit, oranges, tangerines, and kumquats in a large bowl.
- Whisk together rosewater, honey, olive oil, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Drizzle the dressing over the citrus and toss gently to combine.
- Top with chopped walnuts and dates.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1–2 days. Toss gently before serving if juices are released.
