Description

A delightful and festive dessert that combines creamy layers of goodness with vibrant colors perfect for Independence Day celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (About 14 oz / 400g)
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter (85g, melted)
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese (450g, softened)
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar (120g)
  • 8 oz Whipped Topping (225g, thawed)
  • 21 oz Strawberry Pie Filling (600g)
  • 21 oz Blueberry Pie Filling (600g)
  • 8 oz Whipped Topping (225g, for topping)
  • 2 tbsp Star-Shaped Sprinkles (Red, white, and blue)

Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs. Mix the crumbs with the melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Layer the strawberry pie filling over the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Add the remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the strawberry layer.
  8. Spread the blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
  9. Finally, top with the remaining whipped topping and decorate with star-shaped sprinkles.

Notes

For a firmer texture, let the dessert chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. You can substitute the pie fillings with fresh fruit or different flavors to suit your taste.
