- 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter (85g, melted)
- 16 oz Cream Cheese (450g, softened)
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar (120g)
- 8 oz Whipped Topping (225g, thawed)
- 21 oz Strawberry Pie Filling (600g)
- 21 oz Blueberry Pie Filling (600g)
- 8 oz Whipped Topping (225g, for topping)
- 2 tbsp Star-Shaped Sprinkles (Red, white, and blue)
Instructions
- Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs. Mix the crumbs with the melted butter until well combined.
- Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Layer the strawberry pie filling over the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the strawberry layer.
- Spread the blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
- Finally, top with the remaining whipped topping and decorate with star-shaped sprinkles.
Notes
For a firmer texture, let the dessert chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. You can substitute the pie fillings with fresh fruit or different flavors to suit your taste.
