Description

A refreshing and festive drink perfect for hot summer days, combining sweet fruits with crisp wine.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle of white wine
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup of pineapple, cubed
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1/2 cup of sugar (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the white wine, orange juice, and sugar in a large pitcher. Stir well until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple. Let the fruits soak in the sangria for at least 120 minutes.
  3. Place the mixture in a blender, add ice cubes, and blend until smooth.
  4. Serve the frozen sangria in glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

Best served immediately after blending to retain its slushy texture. Consider rimming the glasses with sugar or salt for an extra touch.
