- 16 oz button mushrooms, stems removed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, finely chopped
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing mushrooms)
