Mac and Cheese Muffins are a bite-sized twist on the classic dish. Cheesy, golden, and fun to eat, they’re perfect for kids, snacks, or party appetizers.

🥣 Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt

🔪 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. Cook macaroni until tender, drain well.
  3. In a bowl, combine pasta, egg, butter, mozzarella, cheddar, and milk. Mix well.
  4. Spoon into muffin cups.
  5. Mix breadcrumbs, olive oil, and salt. Sprinkle over muffins.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  7. Cool slightly before removing from tin.
