🥣 Ingredients

  • 12 oz gluten-free elbow macaroni
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp gluten-free all-purpose flour (or cornstarch)
  • 3 cups whole milk (warm)
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  1. Cook gluten-free pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in gluten-free flour (or cornstarch) and cook for 1 minute.
