- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each green bean into the beaten eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Place the coated green beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Lightly spray them with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve warm as a snack or side dish.
Notes
For best results, dry the beans thoroughly before coating and don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
