Description

Crispy and crunchy green bean fries made in the air fryer, perfect as a low-carb snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each green bean into the beaten eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  4. Place the coated green beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Lightly spray them with cooking spray.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  7. Serve warm as a snack or side dish.
