Description

Crispy and delicious air fryer potatoes that make a versatile side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Toss the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are crispy and golden.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes until crispy.
