- 2 pounds potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
- Toss the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are crispy and golden.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes until crispy.
