Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth or desired consistency is reached.
- Add lime juice and kosher salt, mixing well.
- Stir in cilantro, onion, tomato, garlic, and jalapeño (if using).
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.
