Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of bread to your liking.
  2. Mash the ripe avocados in a bowl with a fork. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste if desired.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread.
  4. Top with halved cherry tomatoes.
