Instructions
- Toast the slices of bread to your desired level of crispiness.
- While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork, and add salt and pepper to taste. You can also add a splash of lemon juice for extra flavor.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly onto the toasted bread.
