Delicious and easy appetizer featuring creamy brie, sweet cranberry sauce, and crunchy pecans wrapped in flaky puff pastry.

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
- ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal squares, pressing each square into the muffin cups.
- Place a cube of brie cheese in each pastry cup and top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce. Sprinkle chopped candied pecans if desired.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
Notes
Best served warm. Pairs well with wine or sparkling cider. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
