Description

Tender grilled chicken skewers coated in a spicy and creamy bang bang sauce, perfect for gatherings or casual dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the bang bang sauce.
  3. Thread the chicken chunks onto the skewers.
  4. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Brush the skewers with the bang bang sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.
  6. Serve hot, drizzled with additional sauce if desired.

Notes

Soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions between the chicken chunks.
