Description

Delicious BBQ Chicken Coleslaw Wraps made with shredded chicken, tangy BBQ sauce, and crunchy coleslaw wrapped in a soft tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
  2. Combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in another bowl. Stir gently until mixed well.
  3. Mix in optional cilantro and green onions if desired.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Add a generous portion of BBQ chicken and coleslaw in the center.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll tightly from the bottom to secure all fillings.
  6. Repeat this process for the remaining wraps.
  7. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes

These wraps are best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat the BBQ chicken before wrapping to maintain flavor.
