Delicious BBQ Chicken Coleslaw Wraps made with shredded chicken, tangy BBQ sauce, and crunchy coleslaw wrapped in a soft tortilla.

- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
- Combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in another bowl. Stir gently until mixed well.
- Mix in optional cilantro and green onions if desired.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Add a generous portion of BBQ chicken and coleslaw in the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll tightly from the bottom to secure all fillings.
- Repeat this process for the remaining wraps.
- Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
Notes
These wraps are best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat the BBQ chicken before wrapping to maintain flavor.
