- 1 stick Unsalted Butter (Switch to olive oil for a lighter option)
- 8 cups Water or Seafood Broth (Using broth enhances the flavor)
- 4 ears Corn (Fresh or frozen works well)
- 6 cloves Garlic (Freshly minced for best flavor)
Instructions
- Begin by bringing the water or seafood broth to a boil in a large pot.
- Once it’s boiling, add the corn and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Next, add the Cajun seasoning and minced garlic, stirring well to combine the flavors.
- Bring the mixture back to a boil, then add the crawfish and clams.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the clams and crawfish are fully cooked.
- Finally, add the shrimp and butter, cooking until the shrimp turn pink, about 3-5 minutes.
- Carefully drain the seafood mixture and serve hot.
