Description

A delightful coffee treat combining brewed coffee and Biscoff cookie butter topped with whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • Optional: milk or non-dairy milk to taste

Instructions

  1. Brew your coffee and set it aside to cool slightly.
  2. Mix the Biscoff cookie butter with a splash of coffee until smooth.
  3. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold the Biscoff mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
  5. Pour the brewed coffee into a cup, top with the Biscoff cloud mixture, and sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookies.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
