- 2 cups brewed coffee
- 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon Biscoff cookies, crushed
- Optional: milk or non-dairy milk to taste
Instructions
- Brew your coffee and set it aside to cool slightly.
- Mix the Biscoff cookie butter with a splash of coffee until smooth.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold the Biscoff mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
- Pour the brewed coffee into a cup, top with the Biscoff cloud mixture, and sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookies.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

Best served immediately. Store topping separately if leftovers. Customize with chocolate syrup or cinnamon.
