Description

A delightful and refreshing drink made with fresh limes, sweetened condensed milk, and creamy coconut milk, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium limes
  • 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 4 cups of cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Sugar to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the limes thoroughly. Cut them into quarters, but do not peel them.
  2. Combine the lime quarters, sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, and cold water in a blender.
  3. Blend for about 30 seconds until well mixed.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove the pulp.
  5. Taste the lemonade and add sugar if desired, mixing until dissolved.
  6. Serve over ice and enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh limes for the best flavor. Don’t over-blend the mixture, as it can become too frothy.
