Description

A flavorful and fun Cajun Lobster Seafood Boil with fresh seafood, corn, and baby potatoes in a savory garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 lobsters
  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 1 pound crab legs
  • 2 ears of corn, cut into halves
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Water

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt.
  2. Add baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add lobsters and cook for 10-12 minutes until they turn bright red.
  5. Add shrimp and crab legs, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  6. In a separate pan, melt butter and mix with minced garlic and Cajun seasoning.
  7. Drain the seafood and vegetables and pour the garlic butter sauce over the top.
  8. Toss well to combine and serve immediately.
