A flavorful and fun Cajun Lobster Seafood Boil with fresh seafood, corn, and baby potatoes in a savory garlic butter sauce.

- 2 lobsters
- 1 pound shrimp
- 1 pound crab legs
- 2 ears of corn, cut into halves
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Water
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt.
- Add baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add lobsters and cook for 10-12 minutes until they turn bright red.
- Add shrimp and crab legs, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- In a separate pan, melt butter and mix with minced garlic and Cajun seasoning.
- Drain the seafood and vegetables and pour the garlic butter sauce over the top.
- Toss well to combine and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve on a large platter or a newspaper-covered table for a casual feel, with extra garlic butter and lemon wedges.
