A fun and flavorful meal combining bold Cajun spices with fresh seafood, perfect for gatherings or family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound of crab legs
  • 1 pound of small potatoes, halved
  • 2 ears of corn, cut into halves
  • 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab legs, potatoes, corn, Cajun seasoning, garlic, olive oil, lemon, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  3. Prepare large pieces of foil and place a portion of the seafood mixture in each piece.
  4. Fold the foil over the mixture and seal tightly to create packets.
  5. Place the packets on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Open the packets carefully, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, soak the potatoes in seasoned water before cooking. Adjust Cajun seasoning according to your spice preference.
