Description
A flavorful and festive seafood boil filled with shrimp, crab, and crawfish, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds of shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1 pound of crab legs
- 1 pound of crawfish
- 4–5 potatoes, quartered
- 3–4 ears of corn, cut into halves
- 1/4 cup of Cajun seasoning
- 1 lemon, halved
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Water
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add Cajun seasoning, garlic, and lemon halves to the pot.
- Once boiling, add potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the shrimp, crab legs, and crawfish.
- Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
- Drain the seafood boil and serve hot, optionally with melted butter or more Cajun seasoning.
Notes
Choose fresh seafood for the best flavor. Adjust Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
