Description

A flavorful and festive seafood boil filled with shrimp, crab, and crawfish, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds of shrimp, cleaned and deveined
  • 1 pound of crab legs
  • 1 pound of crawfish
  • 45 potatoes, quartered
  • 34 ears of corn, cut into halves
  • 1/4 cup of Cajun seasoning
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add Cajun seasoning, garlic, and lemon halves to the pot.
  3. Once boiling, add potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Finally, add the shrimp, crab legs, and crawfish.
  6. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
  7. Drain the seafood boil and serve hot, optionally with melted butter or more Cajun seasoning.
