Ingredients

- 2 cups sliced red apples
- 2 cups sliced green apples
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, grated carrots, dried cranberries, and mandarin oranges.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the vanilla yogurt and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chilled.
