- 2 large chicken breasts, diced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the seasonings.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Lay the tortillas out and spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each one. Distribute the cooked chicken evenly, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling to create wraps. Grill the folded wraps in the same pan for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.
- Remove from pan, cut in half, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra heat, swap cheddar for pepper jack. Add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for more flavor.
